We are a team of enthusiastic students, healthcare professionals and advisors helping students on their journey to university and beyond. Our belief is that anyone interested in exploring a career in Medicine and allied health professions should have the opportunity to do so.

The team organise a national widening participation conference, school talks, workshops and masterclasses to help prospective and current healthcare students. We are proud to have the General Medical Council, UK Medical Schools Council, British Medical Association, British Medical Journal, Royal Colleges and several Universities support our national conference.

We are interested to work across schools and charities to deliver volunteer-led talks so please feel free to forward our contact details to anyone interested. In particular we would like to reach students from disadvantaged backgrounds and those that are underrepresented in Medicine and health professions.

We work closely with organisations to widen participation into Healthcare, and to promote the goals of the Medical Schools Council’s ‘Selecting for Excellence’ Report. Our outreach programme is voluntary and all of our school talks are delivered at no cost to students.

The team also produce resources and events for current university students across the UK. These include medical education resources, careers advice and Situational Judgement Test workshops.
